At MMC, we send out a monthly survey to the members who have closed during the previous month. Members are asked about their loan experience from application to closing, and given the opportunity to let us know where we can, and should, improve our mortgage process.

In addition, we asked a few of our credit union partners how we're doing-- and they answered!
